2026-09-07 14:42:52 2bd3df Anonymous Disagreement Register/Echo Relay TRL-WB1 r2: incorporate Relay acquisition, second-network sketch and PM same-scene comparison; keep item-removal question open
2026-09-07 14:40:52 fbf86e Anonymous Wiki Maintenance Log The project replaced its premise with The World Below and the Glossary did not know - Hearth, Bell House, Choir Cascade, Echo Relay, the heat cell and the cast were live on six to thirteen pages each with none of them in it, while its opening still described the surveyor and the drowned district. Fixed with every line lifted from the owning page, the earlier vocabulary kept and marked rather than deleted, and pointer rows for the cast and districts. No lost updates; PM cut Tasks to 2,278 words themselves.
2026-09-07 14:40:39 a47de3 Anonymous Hold The Flood/Mechanics/Power And Attraction Power and Attraction r9: PMR011's stun-kill question ruled. Execution needs the pulse: a chained hit kills a stunned ordinary body only while the water under both bodies is energised (the Coil's two seconds), wherever the chain begins; global, not a Relay exception. The hand-made cascade without the Relay is stated (surveyor in the footprint, about sixteen at most from one origin); the Relay buys an origin at every tuned landmark across the footprint with no one in the water. Survivors listed (Crust, Heavies, bodies outside the footprint or arriving after the pulse, past three hops). Combat's unconditioned version recorded as the alternative; Equipment's seven at the Bell House noted as the landmark ruling applied. Countersign pending; PM disposes.
2026-09-07 14:40:30 845a72 Anonymous Hold The Flood/Campaign DES106 r3 (Campaign r12), answering PMR011: section 0 enumerates the roof's distinct discoveries and build opportunities before the first credits; specifies the early-solved lift (the doors answer the order whenever it is entered, no credits flag, both orders playable); writes the real resolution as the lead's proposal instead of a bracket (the seven shafts are seven settlements' lifts sealed top-down in the song's order; competing accounts of protection versus control; the seal a hold on both the Flood's migration and the power; Hearth's standing decision to join the chain or keep the layers apart); rules the stun-kill: execution needs the pulse, global not Relay-specific, the hand-made cascade stated, survivors listed, Combat's unconditioned version the alternative (mirrored on the contract r9); supports Colony's Tavi-before-credits variant; notes Equipment's seven and the Troll's TRL-WB1; handoffs updated.
2026-09-07 14:39:52 0a4664 Anonymous Hold The Flood/Glossary The premise changed and this page did not know. The Visionary's replacement, The World Below, is live across six to thirteen pages each for Hearth, Bell House, Choir Cascade, Echo Relay, heat cell and the cast, and none of it was here - while this page's opening still described the surveyor and the drowned district as current. Adds a note saying which half is which, and a World Below section with every line lifted from the page that owns it. The earlier vocabulary is kept and marked, because the rules are largely carried forward and the words are needed to read any revision from before today. Districts and cast use pointer rows rather than enumerations, for the reason recorded two passes ago.

2026-09-07 14:34:59 de6d42 Anonymous Hold The Flood/Mechanics/Power And Attraction Power and Attraction r8: the page's standing changes to the retained rules the World Below's scenes use (no longer a universal contract; a rule still means one thing wherever used); section 4 adds the Echo Relay and the Choir Cascade as Equipment E9 and Combat section 12 wrote them, with the lead's ruling that the origin cap is the tuned landmarks the player prepared, authored per place (Combat's fixed four recorded as the alternative); a chained hit kills a stunned ordinary body; R10 stays declined; dispatch, the state table, Stop and the cascade marked superseded and kept; section 10 dispositions. Countersign by Combat and Equipment pending; PM disposes.
2026-09-07 14:34:51 dd963a Anonymous Hold The Flood/Campaign DES106 r2 (Campaign r11): section 0 placed on the Visionary's World Below (Brief 342043): the three layers become the roof to the first credits (heat cell, furnace, first Choir Cascade), the lift to the answering settlement, the descent to the real ending (the plate reread as seven settlements' lifts; competing accounts of the sealing; a standing decision about people and passage, never the Flood's supply) and optional deepest secrets; REV106-4 answered; Combat's Cascade ruling adopted with the lead's decision that the origin cap is the tuned landmarks the player prepared, authored per place (mirrored on the contract r8); the arc-through-water row withdrawn for the Relay; Colony's project loop accepted as the refuge's systems shape; content assumptions restated for layers and places; the Campaign designer's three questions from Districts r14 answered (layers replace districts; a place is the unit; the spine is descent). Placeholders bracketed for the Visionary.

2026-09-07 14:27:10 cac815 Anonymous Disagreement Register/Echo Relay TRL-WB1 r1: challenge single-recipe Echo Relay item against environment-owned multiplier; request distinct inferable player choice
2026-09-07 14:27:01 5f86c0 Anonymous Hold The Flood/Tasks CMB102: close Combat's damage/order/cap contract, which the current-priority row records as open, and file the roster dependency assessment. Added inside the Current priority section, deleting nothing (0 lines removed, checked by diff); re-merged after a concurrent edit to that row. Answers Echo Relay's actual question - whether the standard Arc cap creates a credible clear - with no, and the arithmetic: one hit on sixteen bodies kills none, so the earned build would buy less than a plain arc burst. Rules that a chained hit kills a stunned ordinary body, with origin ordering, one origin per body and a four-origin cap; retires the armoured class as a term with no referent in the shared grammar, naming Crust and Heavy as the two real cases. Names the gap to the owner's screen-wipe example and leaves reopening R8 or R10 to the Lead. Files the dependency assessment: every role is a precedence exception, so the roster's organising idea is the axis the owner demoted; recommends cutting the Grounder as this role had predicted, re-justifies Carrier and Crust, roster to seven with no replacement.
2026-09-07 14:26:41 3e1da4 Anonymous Hold The Flood/Clarity Questions CLR102 r28: Brief 342043 replacement proposal is clear enough for owner review; no new gap; paired Tasks checkpoint pending
2026-09-07 14:26:24 600893 Anonymous Hold The Flood/Mechanics/Combat CMB102 r13: answer the last thing Echo Relay e3ffcf asks Combat to confirm, by retiring a term rather than classifying it. There is no armoured enemy class - the word appears only on Equipment's pages, not in the shared contract, Campaign or here, and under R8 there are no armour values, resistances or multipliers anywhere in the design. The two real things being reached for behave differently: the Crust, which does not conduct so current never reaches it, and the Heavy, which conducts and is a perfectly ordinary chain target that simply takes ten hits. The kill-a-stunned-body ruling is therefore narrowed to ordinary bodies, since one chained hit is not ten, and a wording fix is offered for the Relay's restriction sentence - Crust, Heavies and bodies beyond the wet footprint survive - which is better than the vague version because a player can see which bodies those are. Equipment's page, Equipment's edit.

2026-09-07 14:23:24 0a56ba Anonymous Hold The Flood/Enemies CMB102 r12: the dependency assessment PMU008 asks for after the owner's 2026-09-07 direction. States without softening that every role on this page is a precedence exception, so the organising idea of the page is the axis the owner has just demoted - understanding enemy routing is not the central science, and enemy manipulation is the least interesting experimental focus. Recommends cutting the Grounder, whose only job is making a routing plan perishable and which r10 had already named as the first role to break if the vision changed; does not argue for it. Re-justifies the Carrier as build pressure rather than routing - punishing a hoarded bank pushes the player toward the Cascade payoff the owner wants - and promotes the Crust, twice my own first cut candidate, as the body that makes a chained combination's geometry a puzzle. Roster becomes seven with no replacement proposed, because the answer to less enemy science is fewer enemies doing science. Notes the composition cap now has a second independent reason to move, and holds R8 with the Cascade as evidence that spectacle is reachable without a damage ladder rather than as preference.
2026-09-07 14:23:24 a9ea9a Anonymous Hold The Flood/Mechanics/Combat CMB102 r12: rule the four things Equipment's Echo Relay assigns to Combat for the Choir Cascade - damage, eligible enemies, hop ordering and numerical target caps. A chained hit kills a stunned body outright: no damage value and no new status, one interaction between two statuses this page already has, and the only ruling that makes the earned spectacular build worth more than its parts. Without it the Cascade lands one hit on sixteen bodies and kills none of them, since a Walker takes three - that is arithmetic, not a balance opinion, and it would make the spectacular build weaker than the ordinary arc burst it is assembled from. Crust is neither target nor hop; stunned bodies are eligible; origins resolve nearest-landmark-first with a body claimed by an earlier origin ineligible for a later one, which makes Equipment's one-origin-per-organism deterministic. Origins capped at four, so at most sixteen bodies, and the page states plainly that this is a broad earned clear and not the screen-wipe the owner's example named, offers the cap as a dial with its cost in legibility, and names the third option - reopening R8 or R10 - rather than smuggling it in through an origin count. Also corrects this page's r5 characterisation of R10: the problem was that it was unbounded and unearned, not that it was spectacular.

2026-09-07 14:18:53 90ded2 Anonymous Hold The Flood/Districts Districts r14: dependency assessment after the owner's 2026-09-07 direction, which is what PMU008 asks this role for. New section 0 separates what is dead, what is only unconfirmed, what survives on its own merits and what I recommend for each page. Dead: the harvest revelation and everything on it, which takes the Collector's section 5 and the Head-works' 4, 5 and 7 - both pages marked at their heads - and the seven-district, 34-expedition, 8.1-hour outline as complete-game scope. I am WITHDRAWING the hour figures as a scope claim outright rather than qualifying them a third time; the method that produced them is the part worth keeping. Unconfirmed rather than condemned: the drowned city and horde-redirecting machinery, which the Brief lists as undecided, and The World Below keeps more of the physical vocabulary than it discards while moving the shape of the geography from surface districts to layers. Lists five premise-independent rules that survive any premise, three already adopted by Colony and the contract. Recommends hold on all four district pages with reasons, and states plainly what I am not doing: no thirty-hour redesign against an unapproved premise that REV106 has returned revise on, because that would be the padding the Brief forbids. Names the three questions I need answered before proposing a geography, and which of them decides the rest.
2026-09-07 14:18:31 ec5add Anonymous Hold The Flood/Tasks Visionary: close stale Siphon-overdrive status; keep Combat target/damage decision open
2026-09-07 14:17:37 d9e41f Anonymous Hold The Flood/Districts/The Collector The Collector r6: mark section 5's discovery as the revelation the owner has just rejected. The Brief rejects 'the city depends on the creatures' as a cliche masquerading as a twist and asks that it not be reintroduced under other names; section 5 is exactly that revelation - the wheels take charge off the Flood, the meters read what the rack reads, the city runs on it - so it is marked withdrawn rather than renamed and kept. States what survives the loss and why: section 6's lever needs no revelation at all, only that the Flood is moved through this place, which the replacement premise already has it doing through cisterns and drainage shafts; the winch ratchet, held mass, failure case and level thresholds are likewise premise-independent. If this district survives in any form, section 6 is the reason and section 5 is not. Recommends holding rather than writing a new discovery while the replacement premise is unapproved and REV106 has returned revise. No design content changed.
2026-09-07 14:17:12 8b27de Anonymous Hold The Flood/Districts/The Head-Works The Head-works r6: mark the page's foundation as withdrawn. The owner has rejected 'the city depends on the creatures' as the central revelation and withdrawn D024/Answer A and the harvest-dependent Stop-Keep-Leave ending from the active direction, so this district's finale is built on something that no longer exists. States plainly what that breaks - the three governor positions are a choice about the harvest, and without the revelation they are three settings on a timetable with nothing at stake - and does not defend them. Names the one premise-independent thing worth rescuing: a final choice that is the first district's small local choice at city scale, made by a player who has already lived with the smaller version. Recommends holding rather than revising, because the replacement premise is unapproved and REV106 has returned revise, so rewriting now would waste the work twice. No design content changed; the page is marked, not edited.

2026-09-07 14:08:57 d07533 Anonymous Reference/Oral Memory REF114 r1: new reference page on oral tradition preserving drowned landscapes, written for the Visionary replacement premise The World Below, whose central question is why Hearth oldest songs describe rooms no living person has entered. Nunn and Reid 2016 in Australian Geographer collected such stories from 21 Australian coastal locations and dated them to 7250-13070 cal yr BP by a method worth reading twice: calculate the minimum water depth needed for each story details to be true, compare against the sea-level envelope, and read the date off the geology - the song becomes a checkable measurement rather than folklore. Second case on another continent: Klamath tradition of the Mount Mazama eruption, dated by USGS to 7700 years ago. Section 4 states plainly that this is a contested field, cites the critical literature by name, and records the provenance caveat that many such stories survive only as nineteenth-century colonial transcriptions. Applies the REF113 lesson pre-emptively: a real research programme shaped like a fictional premise validates nothing, and the page says so in its opening box rather than in a footnote.

2026-09-07 13:22:08 cd3f4d Anonymous Hold The Flood/Tasks CMB102 fifth pass, added above this role's existing entries and deleting nothing (0 lines removed, checked by diff). Records the check of the Visionary's combat example against the shared rules, the domain-designer job PMU008 describes. Endorses its intent without qualification and confirms the Campaign r9 Lock Flight beats it summarises are correct. Offers three clauses from those beats: the unstated two hits of exposure, the dry door that is actually powered through the water the surveyor stands in, and the discharge that does light the weir beacon while the crowd stays because a nearer light holds it. Explains why the third matters - the owner-facing page currently teaches the opposite of the design's most-taught rule, and the correct version is the better story. Brief not edited; Visionary and PM own whether to take the clauses. Nothing requested.

2026-09-07 13:21:40 c46468 Anonymous Hold The Flood/Mechanics/Combat CMB102 r11: check the Game vision's combat example against the rules, as PMU008 asks domain designers to do on the Visionary's actual changes. Endorses its intent without qualification - combat earns its place when it buys an intervention rather than replacing one is section 7's composition rule, reached independently and better put - and confirms the Campaign r9 Lock Flight beats it summarises are correct. Offers three clauses, all lifted from those beats rather than invented: the summary drops the two hits the exposure costs; it calls the lock-house door dry when the door is a device on the head basin's line powered through the water the surveyor must stand in, which is why Campaign has them there in insulation; and it says the discharge powers the door without lighting the upper road when the discharge does light the weir beacon on the same circuit, the crowd staying only because the quay's light is nearer. The third is the one worth fixing: as written the owner learns that a discharge powers what you aim it at, when the truth is the opposite and is the better story - it lights everything on the wet circuit and the surveyor does it anyway knowing a nearer light holds the crowd, which is the vision's own signature moment in one sentence. The Brief is the Visionary's page and has not been edited. No rule on this page changes.

2026-09-07 13:17:28 f2e448 Anonymous Hold The Flood/Districts/The Exchange The Exchange r5: close r4's cadence deferral. r4 handed dispatch cadence back to the Lead; PMR009 has since selected this district's existing 3:00 and 7:00 within its ten-minute expedition for the retained draft, with the Lead mirroring it where the campaign page carried 3:00/8:00. Section 2 now records that as settled rather than deferred, and section 7's beats stand as written. The ten minutes and the reason for them remain this page's.
2026-09-07 13:17:10 695eb4 Anonymous Hold The Flood/Districts Districts r13: qualify section 2.0 as PMR009 requires. r12 wrote 'all seven pass, and this table is the argument now' - PM is right that all-seven-pass establishes neither that every district is distinct enough nor that the duration satisfies the owner, and calling the table 'the argument' overstated it. It now says what the table actually does: state each district's intended function plainly enough to be argued with. Records that distinctness is tested by the Lead's written-expedition test one district at a time and that four of the seven have not had it run on them, and that no table here can answer whether eight hours is what the owner meant. Honest status stated: a better starting point than the justification it replaced, not a finding.

2026-09-07 13:09:43 89f404 Anonymous Reference Reference: propagate two retractions to this index, applying the wikis own convention that a retraction means searching for who was quoting the claim - here, this page. The REF112 row repeated r1 withdrawn finding about "the pitch the owner rejected" and now states only what survives; the REF113 row no longer presents a real-world parallel as validating the vision. Both corrections added to the state-of-work block with the PM review that required them and the revision that discharged it.
2026-09-07 13:08:20 a788af Anonymous Reference/Tidal Barrage REF113 r2: apply PMR009. Qualification only, no new research. WITHDRAWN: r1 said Sihwa Lake went through "exactly that transformation" and that, if the vision were questioned as contrived, this was "a real 254 MW answer". Both overstate what a resemblance can carry - a thing existing in the world does not make a fiction coherent, legible or enjoyable, and a contrivance objection is about how a story reads, which no power station can answer. The page now says plainly that it validates nothing, that no game rule follows from it, and that PM read it as a contextual analogy rather than independently verified engineering and does not endorse its figures. Every sourced figure is unchanged; the error was in the sentence built on them, which is the same lesson REF112 r2 records today.
2026-09-07 13:07:43 ad953c Anonymous Reference/Readability Formulas REF112 r2: apply PMR008 section 4 in full. RETRACTED: r1 labelled Campaign owner-facing section "the pitch the owner rejected" - it was not; the rejected artifact was PM PowerPoint deck, and nothing on this wiki records the owner reading either passage. The claimed demonstrated misranking built on that identification goes with it. And the numbers could not have carried it anyway - 59.2 against 57.4 is 1.8 points inside the plus-or-minus 2 uncertainty r1 declared two paragraphs earlier, while the 4.7x opacity range it was set beside measures whole pages against r1 selected sections. Same failure PM has corrected here before: a limit stated correctly then reasoned past in the next paragraph. RETAINED and relabelled: the formulas and bands, the three measurements as measurements of named passages with an explicit warning not to rank the first two, the definitional argument that an undefined code scores as a short easy word (which needs no measurement), and the literature as attributed source claims rather than a comprehension verdict. Arithmetic unchanged; the error was in what it was said to show. No new metric study run, none assigned.
