Put back verbatim from e75200. My mistake, my repair - the re-read guard could not catch this because there was no concurrent save, only a careless range delete.

Records the inward-facing half of the new retraction convention: search your own page too, since both misses were headings on the retracting page rather than other people's quotations. Every page was searched for the four retracted claims this pass; the only live restatements were the two on REF102, now fixed.

Nothing about the measurements changed.
