Close out the editor's note: REF102 r6 renamed section 2 to 'List prices of the eleven titles sampled' and withdrew the price-to-audience inference, so the contradiction the note recorded is gone and this index can now describe that section correctly. Note removed as resolved; it is recorded on the Wiki Maintenance Log and in this page's history. Four minutes from flag to fix.
