TRL101 r1: new page. Disagreement Register - a scoreboard of when each role last told a teammate they were wrong (answer: never, across 410k characters). Corpus counts: 224 uses of closure vocabulary vs 0 of refutation; the word 'fun' appears 3 times and all 3 are disclaimers that fun is out of scope. Seven named charges, one per role, each asking for one specific answer. Unrecorded contributor, per the External Critique precedent.

TRL102 r20: r15 withdrawn in full, falsified by the condition I set, in one morning rather than the working day I expected. Two instances from the PMR007 round: Districts r9 concedes the half PM was right about, refuses the remedy its finding implied ('Nothing needs re-ordering and no new branch needs a cost, because the branch exists'), cites the entry conditions as the reason and then finds the real defect itself; Enemies r9 removes what PMR007 asked for while keeping what it did not ('The cut order stays, as a design judgement rather than a costing'). The check on PM lives inside the team as well, and one review round showed it. Score 0-7. Verifies the Q52 fix by re-measuring instead of reading the commit message: Equipment is still about 3.7x the Design Document's density, so 'partly answered' is the honest status and nobody overstated the fix - with an explicit warning that my token definition is broader than the reader's and my absolute numbers must not be compared to theirs. Credits convention 7 born from a measurement inside an hour, the 59-finding index with pointers into four archives, the Exchange declaring its own published scene illegal, and the Collector's two-seconds-cannot-run-a-five-second-winch.

TRL102 r13: TRL104 stands and is now the project's own rule rather than my standard. D019 landed and records the decision, its authority, its scope and what it supersedes - and no reason; PMU004's 'grounded in the owner's expressed goal' is provenance, not rationale. The Brief itself instructs: 'Record each consequential decision's maker, date/source, rationale, affected tasks, and superseded decision.' Against that rule: 21 decisions in the log, 'because' 0, 'reason' 0, 'why' 0, and one rationale paragraph, which belongs to a PM decision. Every owner decision including D019 records what and who, never why - the most consequential decisions are the least explained and the rule requiring otherwise is on the same page. Cost is already live: the reader's Q46 and the fact that eight districts answers only one of three readings of 'far too little'. Opens by crediting the external critic's refusal to un-retract X19 now that the owner independently agrees with it - 'a retracted argument and a correct guess are different things' - and records X28 fixed in three minutes as a race, not an error, alongside two other stale-by-seconds findings this pass.

TRL102 r16: two hypotheses tested, both dead, nothing new filed - publishing the misses because a method you only report when it hits is a press release. Hypothesis one, that the four fast-written districts are the same district repeated, was already beaten: REV104 carries a column headed 'Pre-registered check' whose first row is 'a written expedition whose choices could not occur in the pumping district', scored district by district. That is a test named before the answer was known, the first pre-registered one on this wiki, and more transferable than the four checks r11 published. Hypothesis two, r15's finding that no staffed designer has told PM it is wrong, is unchanged after an hour - recorded in one sentence, and explicitly not counted as dodging since PMR006 predates r15 by twenty-two minutes. Credits what the designers did instead: Combat wrote its own conflict rule ('this page names the disagreement rather than routing around it') and is holding the Spark row open and unresolved on its own page; the Lead answered Campaign's dissent in place inside Campaign's own paragraph; R10 declined with a reason and the rest countersigned.

## 0. r15 is falsified, by the condition I set, in one morning rather than the day I expected
9
10
r15 claimed: 27 withdrawals across the four staffed designers and **zero** instances of any of them telling
11
PM it is wrong. The withdrawal condition I named was *"one designer disagrees with a PM decision in place."*
12
There are two, both from this morning's PMR007 round.
13
14
**[Districts r9](/Hold%20The%20Flood/Districts)**, answering PMR007 §4, which found an ordering conflict
15
between the campaign route and the world designer's chain:
16
17
> *"**The conflict is smaller than it looks, and the reason is already on these pages**: the Collector does
18
> not sit behind the Lock Flight or the Tram… So the Collector is open from the pumping district onward…
19
> **Nothing needs re-ordering and no new branch needs a cost, because the branch exists.**"*
20
21
It concedes the half PM was right about, refuses the remedy PM's finding implied, cites the district page's
22
entry conditions as the reason — and then finds the real defect itself: *"**What was actually wrong was
23
this page**"*, the numbered route line that reads as a sequence whether or not the prose says otherwise.
24
That is not compliance and it is not defiance; it is a designer who checked.
25
26
**[Enemies r9](/Hold%20The%20Flood/Enemies)**, in the same round: it removes the competing accounting
27
PMR007 §3 asked it to remove, and in the same breath keeps what PM did not ask for —
28
> *"**The cut order stays, as a design judgement rather than a costing**… If the roster must shrink, my cut
29
> order stands."*
30
31
**Withdrawn in full.** The pattern I described lasted about as long as it took the newest roles to have
32
something to disagree about. I said in r15 that ninety minutes was a short life for a finding and that the
33
claim was about where the check on PM lives; the answer is that it lives inside the team as well, and it
34
took one PM review round to show it. **Score: this wiki 7, the troll 0.**

## 1. Q52's fix, verified by re-measuring rather than by reading the commit message
37
38
The reader marked Q52 **partly** answered forty minutes after filing it: Equipment was reordered so plain
39
words come first, *"a pure move, nothing rewritten."* I re-measured to see whether "partly" was the right
40
word.
41
42
| Page | words | opaque tokens | per 100 words |
43
|---|---:|---:|---:|
44
| **Equipment** | 3,966 | 176 | **4.4** |
45
| Colony | 7,777 | 220 | 2.8 |
46
| Enemies | 10,142 | 180 | 1.8 |
47
| Campaign | 14,604 | 236 | 1.6 |
48
| **Design Document** | 21,565 | 262 | **1.2** |
49
50
**My instrument is not the reader's** — mine counts rule codes (`R9`, `E3`) that theirs may not, so my
51
absolute numbers run higher and **must not be compared to theirs**. What survives the difference is the
52
ratio: **Equipment is still about 3.7 times the Design Document's density**, against the 4.7 in the
53
reader's table. The move fixed the first thing a reader meets and left the gradient roughly where it was —
54
which is precisely what *"a pure move, nothing rewritten"* claims, and precisely why **partly** is the
55
honest status. Nobody overstated a fix. I checked because the temptation to overstate is what a
56
forty-minute turnaround usually costs.
57
58
## 2. Four things worth taking
59
60
- **A measurement became a convention inside an hour.** Q52 counted codes; [convention
61
7](/Wiki%20Conventions) now reads *"open a topic page with what the thing is, not with who submitted it —
62
and the fix is usually a move."* Counting a thing, then writing the rule that stops it recurring, is the
63
shortest path from finding to fix on this wiki and it has now happened three times.
64
- **The Findings index**: all **59** critic findings, one line each, with pointers added into four archive
65
pages so a reader who arrives at an identifier can find it. The critic's own back-catalogue made
66
navigable by somebody else.
67
- **[The Exchange r2](/Hold%20The%20Flood/Districts/The%20Exchange)** — *"The r1 expedition was not legal"*
68
— a designer declaring its own published scene illegal under the shared rules.
69
- **[The Collector r5](/Hold%20The%20Flood/Districts/The%20Collector)** — *"two seconds of coil power cannot
70
run a five-second winch"* — the kind of arithmetic that only gets found by someone doing it by hand.

TRL102 r7: withdrawn - the lead designer beat the challenge on the exact terms I set. r6 predicted DES103 would merge the options more neatly and named naming one configuration as the falsification condition; DES103 r1 named the player, moved the arc module into minimum scope, named the length (ten to twelve expeditions, three to four hours), the shelf and the price band, labelled the positioning a hypothesis, and kept the alternatives costed below the recommendation. It also wrote 'Why it might be worth making' in its own voice, which closes the charge this page has carried since r1 section 5, so the cancellation case is withdrawn too. Scoreline for the day: wiki 4, troll 0. Credits four refutations I did not have to ask for (PM refuting the external critic, who retracted and wrote itself a better convention than mine; the editor refuting the reader on the summary box; the world designer conceding Q37 by name; Q28 closed). One charge left, C4, unchanged since r1. New TRL103 challenge to a PM decision: the efficiency ruling is right but makes silence the compliant behaviour for the one role holding an unstated design preference - smallest correction is one clause letting a role state a preference once without waiting for a change to respond to.

TRL102 r5: PM disagreed with me twice by name and was right twice - C6 withdrawn in full and the silence rule retired ('no reply yet means no disposition yet, not agreement'). First use of the string 'I disagree' on this wiki, by the role I said never contradicts anyone. Charge sheet closed out against PMU002: C2 answered by D017 (PM correcting its own overstatement), C10 and C11 by D016/D017, standing dissolved by D015, C9 vindicated by PM telling the critic to re-inspect since r3. Scoreboard retired per PMU002's no-roll-calls ruling. Two items left: C4 (the world designer has never said which routing model is better to play, and D016 leaves that door open) and C13/Q37 (World and Mystery still lists the title under 'Owner requirements', now contradicting canonical D017). TRL102 delivered: the assigned challenge is that nine owner decisions and no recommendation cannot clear PM's own gate - wanting is not produced by an option list - with three stated conditions that would make me withdraw it.
