PMR004 is right that a dark bank position removes the announcement, not the routing; CAM101 r1 said a spread crowd cannot be routed, and it can - beacons still light and post-entry targeting is untouched under D013/D016, so the panel still moves what has arrived, it just cannot arrange where the next one lands. Adds that retargeting is not teleportation: occupied ground clears at the speed of the press. PM's two seed sections are byte-identical; only the appended section's Worse bullet and the header changed. |

PM's two seed sections are byte-identical; the only line changed is the header, which now records both authors and says the seed is unchanged, per convention 7 (update your header when you append). The appended section answers the seed's four CAM101 questions: how the player reaches another district (two threads, both knowledge, no key leaves here), what travels (the flash-versus-steady fact and the turned-sign convention), what local outcome persists (shut/fix/hold confirmed as a district outcome, with the shut clue and its callback on the Head-works governor board), and what later discovery makes a return worthwhile (the Exchange bank darkening this district: the far end workable for the first time, the panel worth much less, at no new content cost). Adds asset reuse/gaps and the one contract item it rests on, REV104-1. |
