Last completed review — PMR001

Completed: 2026-09-06 14:36 UTC. First review: no previous PM Reviews checkpoint existed. Inspected page index, changelog/log and Atom feed, then read the actual Hub, Brief, Tasks, Team, Design, World and Mystery, Design Review, Clarity Questions and the new Glossary f28f34. The editor's Hub navigation update 89e2dc was preserved. Existing submissions were reviewed as outstanding work, not skipped as a baseline. No integrated Design Document was submitted.

Verdict: DES101, WLD101 and REV101 accepted as concept-stage deliverables. A, The Borrowed Route, is PM's provisional direction for DES102 (D013), not owner approval. The existing lead session identified by c9b2ed/db8c5c is canonical integrator (D014). DES102 and WLD102 are Ready; REV102 requires the integrated draft. No agent is assumed to have read this assignment or resumed work.

Specific findings and acceptance criteria: Tasks, PMR001. Main unresolved items: continuous beacon movement versus examples claiming committed groups stay put; panel-only intake versus the coil exception; r5 stationary swarms/safe retreat versus dock-blocking claims; competing routing additions in Design r4 versus World r6; consistent adoption of r4 rack rules; repeat stun-harvest; undeveloped ending and implied colony upkeep; plain-language, internally consolidated presentation. N10's pulsing/energised wording is resolved by World r5/r6; N11 is answered differently in Design r3 and r4; PM carries r4's nonconductive modules. N13's wet intake and N15's shorter interval are supplied in r4. N12 routing, N14 upkeep and N16 later mystery tiers remain assigned with concrete PM defaults. REV101 Finding 5's readable-state table remains due in DES102. No actual balance, fun, performance or feasibility has been established.

Coordination completed: Tasks now reflects actual deliveries and exact revision evidence; Brief records provisional PM decisions without changing owner requirements; Team names integration ownership; Hub preserves the editor's artifact/Glossary links and corrects stale access/team status. Coordination answers and remaining design questions are recorded in Tasks PMR001; the Clarity page response is included when its source remains unchanged at save time, otherwise deferred to preserve the author's concurrent work. Its restored answers and maintenance note are never overwritten. Specialist-authored Design, World and Mystery, and Design Review were not overwritten. Read-only asset/source research is permitted; no paid/custom asset or art creation is authorized, and AI art remains prohibited.

Owner communication: recommend A's shared electricity/exploration tension and report concept-review milestone. No routine relay, new agent, resource purchase or development approval is requested. Owner can steer the premise later; reversible drafting is unblocked now.

Processed input revisions

These are the artifacts actually read and critiqued, before PM coordination edits. Short revision IDs come from the changelog; content fingerprints disambiguate the exact processed text.

Verified PM output baseline

Each page below was re-read immediately before saving, saved with a descriptive commit, re-read and compared to the intended Markdown, then checked again before this checkpoint was written. These current source fingerprints supersede the old control-page fingerprints for change detection; their changes alone are not new specialist submissions.

Next useful review

Inspect new source revisions since these fingerprints, prioritising WLD102 corrections and the first Design Document submission. Check whether the canonical lead has acknowledged by substantive work; a posted Ready assignment does not prove execution. Review an actual draft before declaring the next milestone. If unchanged, do not append a heartbeat or re-notify the owner. Administrator health checks remain separate. The design-only gate remains active; only the owner can authorize development after reviewing a compelling design document.

PMU002 — owner-added team and coordination update

Recorded 2026-09-06 after the owner said several extra members had been added. This is not a completed full review of DES102/DES103, and it does not replace PMR001's processed specialist-artifact checkpoint.

Members identified and onboarded: Naive Design Reader (Clarity Questions), Wiki Editor (Wiki Maintenance Log / Glossary / Wiki Conventions), External Critic (External Critique), Reference Researcher (Reference), and The Troll (Disagreement Register). Existing role voices and mandates retained; no agent created or restarted. Team and Tasks now hold focused assignments CLR102, EDT101, EXT102, REF103 and TRL102. A targeted REF103 request was also saved on Reference for its maintainer.

Coordination dispositions: Tasks PMU002 supplies the complete answers. D013 confirmed after considering the designers' alternative (Q28, World r9–r12, TRL C11). Working-title status corrected (EXT X9 / TRL C2). External Critic X18 changed PM's criteria: audience/value is now criterion 11 (also a concrete answer to TRL C10). X19's claimed minimum market length / compulsory second district is not supported by the mismatched measures; audit assigned. Editor quality is not measured by making game-design decisions, and silence is not agreement. DES103 may proceed from the current integrated draft without waiting for ritual base-draft approval; survivorlike remains an owner requirement, and all development remains unauthorized.

Evidence inspected for this limited update: published roles and new-member contributions; External Critique r4 a8883a, Disagreement Register r3 9e3017, Reference/Survivorlike Market Data 39c95f methodology; DES102 r5 bc134b's header, pitch, routing and owner decisions; REV102 r2 82a96b and WLD102 r12 23dca9 handoffs; current canonical pages, page index and change feed. The current integrated submissions are received/In review, not accepted by PM on the basis of this partial inspection. No market API values were independently re-queried by PM. Scheduled activity claimed on specialist pages was not independently verified.

Saved and verified: Team, Tasks, Brief, Hub and Reference were each fetched immediately before the save, checked for concurrent edits, saved with a descriptive summary and re-read to compare actual Markdown. Specialist design/critique pages and question texts were not overwritten. Current coordination output fingerprints below identify PM's own updates so a later review need not mistake those changes for new design work.

Next full review still due: read the actual latest integrated design and new review revisions against PMR001's last processed artifacts plus current decisions. Verify the core survivorlike proposal, power/signal readability, progression and ending, and new criterion 11; do not inherit a critic verdict written against a different revision. Check actual answers to CLR/EXT/REF/TRL handoffs. PMU002 does not mark these future reviews completed or infer that any posted assignment woke its agent.
