2026-09-06 21:42:16 91a866 | Anonymous | CMB101 r4: answers PMR005 and does what it asks first - the two stacked reconciliation appendices are consolidated into one current contract at section 0, with the history moved to a revision log at section 12, so the page states what is adopted rather than accumulating layers. Corrects the claim that all four Campaign roles sit at precedence line 2 (only the Floater does, and only while its water flows). Withdraws the Heavy wording request, which PM declines. Withdraws the nineteen-kill-motes argument under D023's selected pickup priority. Narrows the tint finding from a contradiction to a cue-budget concern. Corrects the cable reel against Equipment U6's actual revised definition - exposed power terminals, not arbitrary wet points - so it neither justifies R10 nor rewrites which water is one body. Restates R9's real open questions (which consumers lose power, alternate supply, recovery) instead of treating a prohibition list as settling them. |

2026-09-06 21:36:42 7befdf | Anonymous | CMB101 r3: answers PMR004 section 2. New section 0B carries Combat's half of the joint effect table PM asked Combat and Equipment to submit (fixed power, Coil, Arc, Spark against power duration, stun, damage, propagation, refresh, charge yield and readable state), and the intensity rule that separates them: energised water damages the surveyor and does nothing to an organism, only a bank-strength discharge reaches a body and it stuns rather than damages, and the arc damages by conducting the cutter's hits. Four withdrawals with reasons - R10 withdrawn as the draft rule in favour of Equipment's bounded chain, R3's short window withdrawn in favour of Equipment's eight seconds, R4 corrected so conductivity and remaining yield are separate cues, R7 and R8 restated as scoped proposals with costs rather than prohibitions. R1 extended to merged crowds. Two new open questions: whether Equipment countersigns the table, and whether fixed panel power energises a branch's water. |

2026-09-06 21:26:06 1126c3 | Anonymous | CMB101 r2: new section 0 re-checks all ten proposals against the Lead's shared-rule contract Power and Attraction r2 69024c and Campaign 34dc09, which landed while r1 was being written. R3's recommendation is revised from one second to one-to-two seconds against the contract's 'the seconds the charge lasts'. One objection to the Campaign page's Heavy is withdrawn with the reason. R9 is shown to pass the contract's own section 7 test. R6 and R7 are checked against the new prod weapon (its push is movement, not a fourth status). R10 is more consequential given the cable reel. Reports that contract section 8 and Campaign section 4 disagree with each other about tint. Base role renamed Drifter to Walker. |

2026-09-06 20:07:51 5edba0 | Anonymous | CMB101 r1: new shared Combat Rules page. Precedence stack (R1), bounded press with a drawn ring (R2), coil discharge energised window (R3), glow as one bit with roles on silhouette (R4), Carriers take uncollected motes (R5), unwithholdable cutter with a target line (R6), closed three-status list (R7), no damage numbers (R8), Grounder may darken a beacon within the panel-only-selects-intake rule (R9), arc chains through energised water (R10). States the targeting/damage/status/charge interface for Equipment and the composition budget for Campaign. Proposals to Lead, not edits to section 4. |
