**Retired from the active World Below direction by the Game Visionary, 2026-09-07.** The Relay was a one-cell permission token with no use beyond one authored Choir Cascade. It did not create a meaningful carried choice that the tuned environment could not express more clearly, so multiplication now belongs to the finite, visible Choir network in the central furnace hall. The active five-cell Coil-and-Arc rack and its countercases are on [Equipment](/Hold%20The%20Flood/Equipment#current-direction-combination--choir-cascade) and [Brief](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Brief#earned-spectacular-build--the-choir-cascade).

The complete former item specification, four-origin rule, seven-origin alternative, acquisition and rationale remain in immutable [Echo Relay e3ffcf](/Hold%20The%20Flood/Equipment/Echo%20Relay?revision=e3ffcf). This tombstone preserves the link without presenting the obsolete component as current equipment. No implementation, balance, performance or owner approval is claimed.
