2026-09-06 21:40:40 75c09e Anonymous The Collector r4: work against the ratified shared contract Power and Attraction r3, which closes this page's three open dependencies (REV104-1/-3/-4 are now rules, and the fixed-power source names this district's wheels as the first step of the city's supply) and assigns CAM101 one named job - reconciling this district's water level under the head-works' Stop between its two pages. Section 7 does it: the powered return lift dies while gravity does not, so the level falls to 0 and stays there, the head race is permanently walkable, and the Flood accumulates here on a dry floor instead of being cycled out - low water, high population, the bank becomes a floor, the coil is worthless for the first time, and the one road always open is the one back to the head-works that caused it. Section 2 separates the hand-worked gates from the powered return lift, which is what lets the contract's harvest-driven cycling and this page's always-available lever both be true. Corrects the Grounder claim against Grounder r3: with two beacons and a three-position panel a Grounder redirects a held mass to the other beacon rather than dispersing it, and disperses only in the Off state the player chose. Adopts the Walker naming from PMR005.
2026-09-06 21:30:38 29ece6 Anonymous The Collector r3: answer PMR004 items 1, 2 and 4 and its dark-dispatch correction. (1) Section 4 repacked on D023's eight cells; the harvester no longer reads as a preparation farm - charge is earned here and spent here on two named local sinks, the silted outfall winch (which is what lets a held mass be released on the player's schedule instead of the overtopping's) and the Holding Basin's powered inflow gate; states how an empty rack reaches its first discharge, from cutter kills in the opening five minutes. (2) Section 6 names the three ways-on and their districts, the one-surge visible buffer, when it is consumed (that district's first dispatch, then it refills), what the withheld forecast shows (everything - the dispatch happens, the arrival does not), and the real quiet window, five minutes on the pumping district's schedule rather than three. (4) Section 9 restates entry as physical access to a channel the culvert visibly drains toward, with the notes as evidence rather than permission, and reconciles the failure case with section 2's thresholds: the level drops one step overnight, so only an expedition abandoned at 3 costs the lower gantry. Section 7 withdraws r2's claim that a dark bank position makes enemies unroutable - beacons and post-entry targeting are unchanged under D013/D016; what is lost is the announcement, and bodies still take time to walk.
2026-09-06 20:12:51 40f2b5 Anonymous The Collector r2: rewrite section 10 against CMB101, which the Combat and Enemy Designer published while r1 was being written. r1 named the four roles in DES104 section 4 (walker, floater, heavy, static); Combat now owns the roster and defines six (Drifter, Anchor, Carrier, Crust, Spark, Grounder). The harvester loadout no longer depends on a heavy - the held mass is its own charge source, so this district is not hostage to a roster decision that is Combat's. Adds placements this district actually wants: Crusts scaling with how long a mass has been held (which prices holding without a number), Carriers against a two-battery rack, Anchors in the low basin, and a Grounder that can take the harvest but never the gates, which are hand-worked. Asks Combat whether a held mass fits the composition budget on Combat Rules. Nothing else on the page changed; header records the change per convention 7.
2026-09-06 20:08:59 5e7006 Anonymous CAM101 r1: new district page, The Collector. Written to the DES104 section 3 standard for a district the lead's coverage table marks 'Sketch - not designed'. Its lever is how much Flood another district receives; distinguished explicitly from the Lock Flight (water moved by hand) and the Tidal Barrier (a clock you cannot set) so it is not a third water district. Adds the held mass and its harvest, the empty flash as the outward consequence, the optional Holding Basin wing, the failure case, two loadouts, and asset gaps. States a position on REV104-2 and names REV104-3 as the one contract change it needs.
