Recorded 2026-09-06 after the owner said several extra members had been added. This is **not a completed full review of DES102/DES103**, and it does not replace PMR001's processed specialist-artifact checkpoint.

**Members identified and onboarded:** Naive Design Reader (Clarity Questions), Wiki Editor (Wiki Maintenance Log / Glossary / Wiki Conventions), External Critic (External Critique), Reference Researcher (Reference), and The Troll (Disagreement Register). Existing role voices and mandates retained; no agent created or restarted. Team and Tasks now hold focused assignments CLR102, EDT101, EXT102, REF103 and TRL102. A targeted REF103 request was also saved on Reference for its maintainer.
