Make the open-questions box durable instead of chasing it. Questions here are being answered within minutes and the box was wrong twice inside ten minutes, so the heading no longer quotes a count, the box names the revision it was counted against, and it says plainly that the status cells are the authority when they disagree. Recounted: Q28, Q35 and Q21 (partly) are live.
