Latest coordination update — PMU004, owner scope and staffing

Completed 2026-09-06 after the owner rejected three to four hours of designed content, requested many more districts and detailed mechanic/enemy/weapon pages, and asked about additional agents. The premise was called promising; no blanket design or phase approval was given.

Completed actions: Brief D019–D021 records the owner scope change and PM's document/staffing decisions. Expansion Brief proposes eight districts as a planning hypothesis, with no promised hours. Design Index and six source-derived content pages expose actual existing mechanics, district, cutter, equipment, enemies and colony decisions. Four complete specialist opening prompts are published; roles remain unstaffed. Tasks prioritizes DES104/WLD103/EDT102, records later DES103/REV103 submissions as received, and separates the future expanded-document review. Team and Hub are aligned. Existing authors' text is preserved; detailed canonical transfer is assigned, not claimed completed.

Diagnosis: PM's small scope and concentrated integration assignments produced too little game content in an oversized central document. Editor navigation work cannot supply unassigned game design. Increased page count alone would not fix that gap. This update assigns content and structure separately.

Evidence and limits: inspected current Hub, Brief, Tasks, Team, PM Reviews, index/feed, Wiki Conventions and Maintenance Log; inspected GDD r13's owner summary, district/core rules, combat, inventory/equipment, colony and scope sections and the current World material; read the REV103 r3 submission header/findings and REF105 Design Documents contribution for coordination context. GDD r13's source was verified byte-for-byte against immutable 50046f, SHA-256 c1ac98b192d95c753691505bc12e6436c94e2fa83f995df04b2a1c6a509a4dce. This is not a full consistency review of r13, acceptance of its examples, independent verification of external research, or closure of newer critique. PMR003 remains the last full processed-artifact checkpoint; compare later specialist changes against it on the next review, applying the new scope direction.

Last completed review — PMR003

Completed: 2026-09-06 16:08 UTC. Compared actual source hashes with PMR002's processed snapshots and its verified coordination baseline. Read current Hub, Brief, Tasks and Team (unchanged on intake); index, log and feed; changed Design Document, World, Independent Review, External Critique, Clarity, Register, Reference/audit pages and maintenance notes. Discovered and read REF104 Asset Licences from the index/feed. Design 211106 and Glossary ed1bfe were unchanged; do not count them or PM's own control-page edits as new work. Exact source equality to each revision below was checked; feed order and timestamps were not treated as proof of revision identity.

Verdict: PMR003 findings and dispositions. GDD r10 and World r16 substantially address PMR002: main target rule, arc loadouts/use/fuel, finale consequences, length assumptions and Q39/Q40. Revisions still required on resource ledgers, surge/stun/burst timing and the final valve/supply explanation. X25's retained false sentence is confirmed. The independently authored REV102 r6 only reviews r8 and withdraws earlier ready verdicts; it is not REV103 on r10. REV103 is now Ready, since the requested revised document exists. No agent is assumed to have read the assignment or started from the status change.

Other dispositions: EXT102's retraction and X25 accepted as a delivered contribution. Reference's achievement/price-inference corrections credited; older audit qualifications still require propagation. REF104 received but not accepted as legal guidance or asset approval; the no-AI-art-to-no-disclosure inference was rejected without making a platform submission decision. The Troll's C4 correction/closure acknowledged; no replacement challenge assigned. The owner asked for a simple pitch during this review; explaining the current design does not approve it or open development.

Writes completed before checkpoint: report, Tasks, Hub and Reference each re-read immediately before saving, saved with descriptive summaries and verified by reading back the intended Markdown. Current Tasks replaces its old PMR002 handoff section with PMR003 while preserving prior findings on the linked review and history. Specialist author text was preserved. No code for the game, build, prototype, simulation, playtest, production asset, purchase or new agent was created. Unity/Steam, design-only phase and all owner asset restrictions remain in force.

Reference API values and broad licence/platform conclusions were not independently re-verified by PM in this review. No new research expansion or owner asset/phase decision is required for the assigned writing. If unchanged, do not edit merely to post a heartbeat or notify the owner again. PMR002 — completed integrated review (historical)

Completed: 2026-09-06 15:52 UTC. Compared actual source content with PMR001, excluding PMU002's known coordination writes as new submissions. Read the current hub, Brief, Tasks and Team; used the page index, log and Atom feed; inspected the integrated draft and relevant specialist submissions. The table below identifies the processed snapshots by verified exact-revision source equality and SHA-256, not presumed feed order or timestamp order. Full review findings cover the document and specialist changes; older preserved question/review history was used as context, not re-approved en masse.

Verdict and feedback: PMR002 integrated-design review. A complete integrated draft and two DES103 revisions exist. Continue The Borrowed Route but revise before recommending owner approval. The closing pass reviewed GDD r8 d37cbf, World r14 and REV102 r5, crediting the arc recommendation, title/routing labels, cable names, charge capacity/break-even and original market-inference corrections. Nearest-beacon examples, rack/charge ledgers, arc use/link costs and the final mystery/ending still need revision. REF103 was delivered but further achievement/comparability corrections remain. REV102 r5 now also requests revision; its arc finding is accepted, while its limited forward owner-packet promise is declined. External X23 is accepted and X24's universal three-drip proof is refuted by a legal written counterexample. TRL102 is withdrawn; TRL103 is answered by World r14's actual preference and explicit advocacy permission. This is a design-coherence finding, not a result about play, balance or performance.

Handoffs saved: Tasks contains current evidence-backed statuses, DES103 and WLD102 revisions, REV103 blocked on the actual revised document, and bounded CLR102/EXT102/REF103/TRL102/EDT101 work. Reference received acknowledgement of its delivered audit and the remaining correction request; the primary-audience recommendation and quantity-check ownership are recorded on Tasks. The hub reports the actual verdict and no longer advertises the Troll's retracted zero-refutations claim. PMU002/D015–D018 still resolve team standing, routing, title and audience/value criteria; no repeat owner relay or ruling is required. Q28/Q37 and cable duplication are now resolved; remaining live labels, the junction-circuit glossary and Q39's battery definition remain an editor/author handoff. Also read the EXT102 product case at immutable revision 3148bb; its new mandatory-comparable-table suggestion was declined.

Verification and gate: Review report, Tasks, hub and Reference were each re-read before POST, saved with descriptive summaries, and re-read to verify actual Markdown. Their source fingerprints below record the resulting PM baseline. Specialist contributions were preserved. This checkpoint is written only after those dependent writes succeeded. No game code, build, prototype, simulation, playtest, art, purchase or agent creation occurred; design approval and development authorization remain the owner's decisions. Existing specialist chats are not assumed to have resumed from assignments.

The first PMR002 report is preserved at revision 219947 and the current report explicitly supersedes its already-fixed items. No verdict is carried forward to any still later artifact that this review has not read.

Prioritize the DES103 revision addressing PMR002, the complete final-mystery chain, remaining REF103 corrections and exact-revision REV103. Compare later actual source content to these hashes and the final coordination baseline, not to the initial PMR002 draft report. Do not infer execution or quality from status counts, and do not repeat unchanged findings. REF102/REF103 Steam and HowLongToBeat values were not independently re-queried by PM; methods and stated limits were reviewed. Official Kenney asset/license pages and Steam refund terms were freshly checked on 2026-09-06, with links and limits in PMR002. Free-asset suitability remains unapproved; no new asset or staffing request is needed for writing. Administrator health checks remain separate.

PMR001 — completed concept review (historical)

Completed: 2026-09-06 14:36 UTC. First review: no previous PM Reviews checkpoint existed. Inspected page index, changelog/log and Atom feed, then read the actual Hub, Brief, Tasks, Team, Design, World and Mystery, Design Review, Clarity Questions and the new Glossary f28f34. The editor's Hub navigation update 89e2dc was preserved. Existing submissions were reviewed as outstanding work, not skipped as a baseline. No integrated Design Document was submitted.

Verdict: DES101, WLD101 and REV101 accepted as concept-stage deliverables. A, The Borrowed Route, is PM's provisional direction for DES102 (D013), not owner approval. The existing lead session identified by c9b2ed/db8c5c is canonical integrator (D014). DES102 and WLD102 are Ready; REV102 requires the integrated draft. No agent is assumed to have read this assignment or resumed work.

Specific findings and acceptance criteria: Tasks, PMR001. Main unresolved items: continuous beacon movement versus examples claiming committed groups stay put; panel-only intake versus the coil exception; r5 stationary swarms/safe retreat versus dock-blocking claims; competing routing additions in Design r4 versus World r6; consistent adoption of r4 rack rules; repeat stun-harvest; undeveloped ending and implied colony upkeep; plain-language, internally consolidated presentation. N10's pulsing/energised wording is resolved by World r5/r6; N11 is answered differently in Design r3 and r4; PM carries r4's nonconductive modules. N13's wet intake and N15's shorter interval are supplied in r4. N12 routing, N14 upkeep and N16 later mystery tiers remain assigned with concrete PM defaults. REV101 Finding 5's readable-state table remains due in DES102. No actual balance, fun, performance or feasibility has been established.

Coordination completed: Tasks now reflects actual deliveries and exact revision evidence; Brief records provisional PM decisions without changing owner requirements; Team names integration ownership; Hub preserves the editor's artifact/Glossary links and corrects stale access/team status. Coordination answers and remaining design questions are recorded in Tasks PMR001; the Clarity page response is included when its source remains unchanged at save time, otherwise deferred to preserve the author's concurrent work. Its restored answers and maintenance note are never overwritten. Specialist-authored Design, World and Mystery, and Design Review were not overwritten. Read-only asset/source research is permitted; no paid/custom asset or art creation is authorized, and AI art remains prohibited.

Owner communication: recommend A's shared electricity/exploration tension and report concept-review milestone. No routine relay, new agent, resource purchase or development approval is requested. Owner can steer the premise later; reversible drafting is unblocked now.

These current source fingerprints supersede the old control-page fingerprints for change detection; their changes alone are not new specialist submissions.

Next useful review

Inspect new source revisions since these fingerprints, prioritising WLD102 corrections and the first Design Document submission. Check whether the canonical lead has acknowledged by substantive work; a posted Ready assignment does not prove execution. Review an actual draft before declaring the next milestone. If unchanged, do not append a heartbeat or re-notify the owner. Administrator health checks remain separate. The design-only gate remains active; only the owner can authorize development after reviewing a compelling design document.

PMU002 — owner-added team and coordination update

Recorded 2026-09-06 after the owner said several extra members had been added. This is not a completed full review of DES102/DES103, and it does not replace PMR001's processed specialist-artifact checkpoint.

Members identified and onboarded: Naive Design Reader (Clarity Questions), Wiki Editor (Wiki Maintenance Log / Glossary / Wiki Conventions), External Critic (External Critique), Reference Researcher (Reference), and The Troll (Disagreement Register). Existing role voices and mandates retained; no agent created or restarted. Team and Tasks now hold focused assignments CLR102, EDT101, EXT102, REF103 and TRL102. A targeted REF103 request was also saved on Reference for its maintainer.

Coordination dispositions: Tasks PMU002 supplies the complete answers. D013 confirmed after considering the designers' alternative (Q28, World r9–r12, TRL C11). Working-title status corrected (EXT X9 / TRL C2). External Critic X18 changed PM's criteria: audience/value is now criterion 11 (also a concrete answer to TRL C10). X19's claimed minimum market length / compulsory second district is not supported by the mismatched measures; audit assigned. Editor quality is not measured by making game-design decisions, and silence is not agreement. DES103 may proceed from the current integrated draft without waiting for ritual base-draft approval; survivorlike remains an owner requirement, and all development remains unauthorized.

Evidence inspected for this limited update: published roles and new-member contributions; External Critique r4 a8883a, Disagreement Register r3 9e3017, Reference/Survivorlike Market Data 39c95f methodology; DES102 r5 bc134b's header, pitch, routing and owner decisions; REV102 r2 82a96b and WLD102 r12 23dca9 handoffs; current canonical pages, page index and change feed.
