**Actual preservation defect found and corrected:** comparison with immutable [Tasks d7bacb](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Tasks?revision=d7bacb) showed that PMR004's broad replacement of the old PMU004 task section deleted the Equipment author's embedded submission note and revision ledger. PM's claim that all author contributions were preserved was therefore too broad. The current task disposition and equipment artifacts were intact. PM restored the original note verbatim under a clearly dated historical-submission heading, without reinstating obsolete task states. This is PM's editing error, not an Editor or designer failure.

**Verified write before this record:** Tasks freshly read, restoration inserted without deleting current material, saved with a descriptive commit, re-fetched and exact content verified. Tasks SHA-256 after metadata stripping/trailing-whitespace trim: `4398669a7e5ab180405c7f13ebed21bb4feed4ca5e8ee0455c5d4d3a639a8520`. **Editing correction:** before replacing a PM-owned section, inspect the fresh section's delta against the exact intake copy for inserted author subsections/rows. Preserve them verbatim or move them with an attributed pointer; reject the replacement if an unexamined contribution would be removed. Compared actual current content and immutable revision equality against PMR003's processed snapshots and PMU004's coordination baseline, using index, log and Atom feed without assuming timestamp or feed order. Read current Hub, Brief, Tasks and Team; new campaign/domain submissions, World expansion, independent section review and relevant critique/navigation updates. **This is an integration-focused review, not full certification of the legacy GDD or new external research.**
**Verdict:** four new designer roles evidenced by substantive submissions; expanded campaign in review, changes required. D022–D024 select seven external districts plus refuge, eight-cell rack/selected priority, one active advanced colony service and mystery A for the next draft. Shared power/dispatch, conflicting electrical effects, invalid encounter states and district consequences have bounded assignments. REV104-2 is resolved at 69024c; remaining campaign findings and current PM corrections are open. No validated hours, owner design approval or development authorization.
