## Verdict — **revise: three clauses; the sequence otherwise closes and answers the four questions**
+
+
DES105 r2 does what r1 asked, in the form asked. The later return's problem is now the written path: the surveyor must stay at the summit for two ticks to copy the cadence, the second surge climbs toward the lit tram while they descend, and the crossing at the foot is bought with the light a bundle and the Siphon paid for — "one the first visit's solution cannot solve", with the fifty-second and no-beacon alternatives priced (REV105-1 closed). The same heavy stands on the rail on both later visits and the later return kills it at 0:00 for its five units (REV105-2 closed). The stairs run in a cutting ten metres below the road, and every beat inside pursuit range carries a hit or a time (REV105-3 closed). The Siphon is `Q`, the record was made at the quay dock, approach A's free cells are called what they are, and the lamp is lit before boarding. Three ledgers close. World r26 fixes the grounded-run cell, re-orders WLD104's chain onto the route the sequence takes and states the held gate's bound — "a one-surge buffer, which buys the ride up and not the trip" — which is the sentence question 3 needed. Districts r11 applies REV105-1's test to its own baseline and cuts a required return.
+
+
What remains is three clauses, none a rule change: the apron's bodies "spread" at the lure's expiry when the summit's lamp is lit and reachable, so they retarget to it, which is what the page's next sentence already has them do; the changed return's extraction at 8:10 is "before the second dispatch" on a district whose second dispatch is at 8:00; and the changed return says the tram "is not an option" when the later return shows its price. Once those are fixed this role has no further finding on the Tram sequence; that is a statement of what remains, not an acceptance, which is PM's.

+
| **REV105-1** — the later return is the first visit unopposed | Objective: "copy the network's cadence from the summit board, which shows it only across two ticks, and leave the tram at the summit with its lamp lit… The first tick will be an empty flash; the second brings a surge, and the surveyor will still be at the summit when it does. That is the visit's problem, and it is one the first visit never had: coming down past a surge with no coil." 8:00: "eighty walkers enter the yard… the tram's lamp at the summit is the only lit beacon they can reach, so they turn onto the incline road and climb toward it." 9:00: "plants the beacon on the loading apron and arms it, five seconds… The crank, ten seconds; the road to the gates and through them, ten more; the beacon burns its eight units, eighty seconds." Alternatives: "the heavy's five units alone buy fifty lit seconds"; "Without a beacon at all, the surveyor waits on the stairs until the crowd's tail has passed up the road… the third dispatch at 12:00 is the clock it runs against. The first visit's solution, ride up lit and crank down through a spread crowd, is not available here: this crowd is not spread, it is entering and turning, and the crank sits in its path." | **Closed.** One clause residual (below) |
+
| **REV105-2** — the heavy on the rail, or beside it | Ground: "Heavies gather where the tram was left, and a heavy on the rail stays on the rail until something kills it." Changed return: "a heavy now stands on the rail in front of it… the tram is not an option on this visit." Later return, 0:00: "The surveyor kills the heavy on the rail in ten hits, about five seconds, and walks over its large mote: five units into the battery, the visit's first charge and the tram's clearance." Approach C: "clears the heavy from the rail in the five seconds the cutter needs… neither can ride past the heavy without paying for it" | **Closed.** One clause residual (below) |
+
| **REV105-3** — beats inside pursuit range | Ground: "The stairs run in a cutting on the rail's far side, ten metres below the road and out of pursuit range of it except at the two ends." First visit 7:00: "At the foot the stairs come up beside the road's end, inside pursuit range of the spread crowd's near edge: one hit taken passing it"; 8:20: "The crowd's ring, drawn on the overlay, has spread twenty metres from the intake end and stands twenty metres short of the gates; the surveyor cranks the gate open in ten seconds outside it"; 8:40: "four health of five, the foot's hit still showing." Changed return 4:08: "the recovering edge chases for the first ten metres and lands one hit before the surveyor is out of range. The walk through knee-deep water to the panel takes the rest of the minute"; 7:30: "their ring reaches the gates: the crank would be worked inside it. The surveyor throws the panel to Gates instead: the yard beacon lights, the fifty retarget to it and walk back toward the intake end, and the gates open on their own power; the nearest bodies pass within range as they turn, one hit"; 8:10: "four hits taken" | **Closed.** Hits tally: 2 + 1 + 1 = 4 ✓; first visit 3, kit, 1 → four of five ✓ |
+
| Minor — `S`; the lock house; A's cells; the lamp | "In the racks, `Q` is the Siphon and `S` a salvage bundle"; "recorded at the Lock Flight's quay dock, a shelter"; "this district holds one bundle, so on this visit A's real advantage is the kit and empty hands, not room"; later return 0:30: "The lamp is lit from here, so the standing state is set at the depot and carried up" | **Closed** |
+
+
**The later return's ledger, re-tallied.** 0:00 the heavy: dropped 5, collected 5, stored 5 ✓ (the battery, first and only on the list). 3:30 the Siphon: +3 by conversion → 8 ✓ (U5, once; two cells freed). 9:00 planted and armed: 8 units = eighty seconds ✓ against five to arm, ten to crank, ten to cross, the rest spare ✓; expires on the dock road ✓. 9:40 nothing carried, no charge ✓. **Closes: dropped 5, collected 8, spent 8 on the lure, lost 0.** The alternatives' arithmetic: 5 units = fifty seconds ✓; no beacon = the wait, against 12:00 ✓.
+
+
## Three clauses
+
+
1. **9:00, the apron at expiry:** "the beacon… expires when the surveyor is on the dock road, and the bodies on the apron spread from it." At that moment the tram's lamp at the summit is lit and reachable by the road; a crowd whose beacon goes dark "retarget[s] to the nearest reachable lit beacon if there is one, and spreads only if there is none" (contract §3; R12 governs only the case with none). They climb, which is what the page's next sentence has them do ("Above, the surge holds at the lit tram at the summit"). One clause.
+
2. **Changed return, 8:10:** "Extraction at 8:10, before the second dispatch." The district's dispatches are at 3:00 and 8:00 (the first visit's forecast; the changed return names only the first). At 8:10 the second surge has been entering for ten seconds at the intake end, forty metres behind the surveyor and on the far side of powered gates. The extraction is safe as written and the clause is wrong; say "as the second dispatch pours in at the intake end".
+
3. **Changed return, the tram:** "the coil cannot stun a dry rail, so the tram is not an option on this visit." It is an option at the price the later return pays — ten hits at 0:00, before any surge — and approach C pays it in the same paragraph. B walks for a reason the page can state (the lamp off, the tram tows nothing; the four cells are for the Exchange's door), not for want of an option. One clause; it matters because question 1's answer for the changed return rests on it.
+
+
Not a clause, recorded: the later return's 0:00 kill of the heavy carries no hit, and the page prices hits everywhere else; a single slow body against a retreating cutter is plausible, and "none taken" should be said rather than left out.
+
+
## The four questions, at r2
+
+
1. **Can the later visit be played by repeating the first solution?** *No, as now written.* The later return's problem — descending past an entering surge that is climbing toward the lit tram, with no coil and the crank in the crowd's path — is not one the first visit posed, and the page shows the first solution failing it in one sentence. The changed return could still be ridden at a price (clause 3), and that is a choice, not a repeat.
+
2. **Are alternate builds real choices under the written rules?** *Yes.* Three legal starts at the changed return, priced and countersigned; two priced alternatives at the later return (fifty seconds, or the wait against 12:00); and the ride available on both later visits for ten hits. The first visit's choice is a kit against nothing, which the page now says.
+
3. **Does evidence change action before the finale?** *Yes, and the action's bound is stated.* The held gate is explanation 2's machine operation; World r26 and the Campaign both carry that "a one-surge buffer… buys the ride up and not the trip", and the trip's problem follows from it rather than being removed by it.
+
4. **Does colony investment matter?** *As capability, yes; as risk, not yet.* Paths A and B still decide what the player can rely on and the board shows which; no visit yet shows the other path's absence costing something. That is the next question for the depth pass, not a defect in this sequence.

## Other pages, verified
+
+
| Page | Quoted | Status |
+
| --- | --- | --- |
+
| World r26 — the grounded-run cell (PMR007 §3) | fixed-power row, what survives exit: "panel positions persist as left; a grounded run recovers between expeditions with the mass (contract §6)" | **Closed** |
+
| World r26 — WLD104 re-ordered | "the chain is re-ordered onto the route the player actually takes, the Lock Flight, then the Tram's three visits with the Exchange and the Collector between them as DES105 places them… the held gate's action carries its bound (a one-surge buffer buys the ride up, not the trip: REV105 §3)… D026 is mirrored and this page's bank-permission upgrade withdrawn" | Consistent with DES105 r2 |
+
| Districts r11 — the revisit test | "A revisit earns a place on the baseline path only if it has at least one of: a state the player changes… a problem the earlier visit could not pose… an objective that requires being there"; "One of the two required returns fails the test and is cut"; baseline 34 expeditions / 487 minutes | The test is the one REV105-1 applied; the cut is consistent with it. The figure is a hypothesis, as its owner and PM say |
+
| Campaign r7 §8 and the owner page (X34) | "about eight hours of authored beats on the baseline path, expedition time only; ten to eleven hours… with the unmeasured dock overhead… about thirteen hours for everything designed, with overhead. Deaths, retries and hauling are excluded from every row" | One figure, quoted from its owner; the caveats carried |
+
| Colony r6 — D026 | "signal comparison joins the repaired base receiver, leaving one assembly to compete between workshop tooling and one supported berth" | Mirrors contract r7 §10 |
+
| Combat r8 — X32; R11 | §7 engages within-district depth where the cap is set; R11 settled on Combat as the contract assigns | Noted; no interface conflict |
+
| REV104-17's four cells; REV104-11's pointer | the Exchange unchanged at 4d6703; Campaign §3.4 unchanged | Open, Campaign designer |

## PM report — REV105 r2
+
+
- **Task:** REV105, verification of DES105 r2. **Artifact:** Design Review, REV105 r2 (this page); r1 moved to the new REV105 archive verbatim.
+
- **Reviewed:** Campaign de4893 diffed against ee4202, §3.2 re-tallied (three ledgers, the hits); World 744b21 diffed against e99445; Districts c1bbe1 §5 and §5.1; Colony 59ad65 and Combat 221c48 headers and the D026/R11 passages; Tasks cb7928; External Critique 211efe (X34). All heads re-checked at save time.
+
- **Changed decisions:** none by this role.
+
- **Evidence:** the quoted sentences and the tallies. No players, sessions, scores or asset checks; nothing built, prototyped, tested or created; no external source verified or repeated as fact.
+
- **Verdict:** revise — three clauses. REV105-1, -2 and -3 are closed at de4893; the four questions are answered as above; World r26 closes the last PMR007 §3 item; REV104-17's four cells and the §3.4 pointer wait on the Exchange's next revision. No whole-campaign or whole-sequence acceptance is offered.
+
- **Remaining risk:** none new in the sequence; the cutting, the apron and the crossing budget are the lead's placements for the Campaign designer to confirm on the ground, as the lead says.
+
- **Next handoff:** lead — the three clauses on DES105 r3; Campaign designer — REV104-17's cells and the pointer; PM — the acceptance gate is PM's; the REV105 row can now name de4893. I review the resulting revisions when they exist and post nothing before then except a PM correction. **One exact PM request:** none.
