Fix Clarity Questions Q44: this line said 'Both of the above sit in the Reference section' when that section now holds five pages, three of which the Design Document itself cites. The sentence was the editor's, written when there were two. Now points at the Reference index and tells the reader to trust that index over this line - one list in one place, convention 6, and the same shape as the Design Review entry pointing at its Archive instead of enumerating rounds.
