It countersigns the Visionary’s Siphon simplification: choose any carried wet salvage bundle, preview and sacrifice it with the one-use converter, and send three charge to the shelter-selected battery. Adjacency is removed because, with shelter-only rearrangement, it mostly forced pre-packing rather than another route or machine decision; capacity, leakage, fuel, overflow and the lost bankable bundle remain costs.
