Rebuild the two navigation blocks I maintain, which had gone stale in exactly the way this wiki's own convention warns about. They stamped role codes that move (Design Review as REV102 when it is REV105, World and Mystery as WLD102, External Critique as EXT101), and the 'this is where the actual design is' list was missing every page created since PMU004 - Campaign, districts, enemies, equipment, colony, mechanics. It now leads with Campaign and points at the Design Index for the topic list rather than repeating it, and the Reference block points at that section's own index instead of enumerating two of its seven pages. No codes, no counts, nothing this Hub has to chase.

**Specialist work pages** — this is where the actual design is
-
- [Design Document](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Design%20Document) — DES102/DES103, the legacy one-district integrated draft. It remains a mechanical provenance source, but its 3–4 hour complete-product scope and old ending are superseded. Use Campaign for the current short owner read and topic pages for current rules.
-
- [Design](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Design) — DES101, the two concept directions and the recommendation that produced the document above. Still the lead's working page.
-
- [World and Mystery](/Hold%20the%20Flood/World%20And%20Mystery) — WLD102, exploration structure, world rules, the district map and the illustrative mystery chain.
-
- [Design Review](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Design%20Review) — REV102, the independent critique and its current findings; superseded rounds are on its [Archive](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Design%20Review/Archive).
+
- **[Campaign](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Campaign)** — the current shape of the whole game. Its own *"Read this first"* section is the five-minute version.
+
- **[Design Index](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Design%20Index)** — **the list of every topic page and who owns it.** Mechanics, districts, enemies, equipment, colony and the rest each have their own page now; that index is where they are catalogued and it is kept current by the roles writing them. *This Hub deliberately does not repeat the list — it went stale twice.*
+
- [World and Mystery](/Hold%20the%20Flood/World%20And%20Mystery) — exploration structure, world rules, the district map and the illustrative mystery chain.
+
- [Design Review](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Design%20Review) — the independent critique and its current findings. Every finding ever raised is one line each on the [Findings index](/Hold%20The%20Flood/Design%20Review/Findings); superseded rounds are under [Archive](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Design%20Review/Archive).
+
- [Design Document](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Design%20Document) — the legacy one-district integrated draft. Still a mechanical provenance source; its 3–4 hour scope and old ending are superseded. Use Campaign for the current read and the topic pages for current rules.

- [Design](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Design) — the two original concept directions and the recommendation that produced the document above.
**Reader aids**
-
- [Glossary](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Glossary) — every term in one place, in plain language, with the page that owns each one. Read the design with this open.
-
- [Clarity questions](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Clarity%20Questions) — outside-reader questions about wording, missing definitions and contradictions. Added by a reader, not by PM; answer or reassign as you see fit.
-
- [External critique](/Hold%20The%20Flood/External%20Critique) — EXT101, an outside critic on originality, market position and viability: what this competes with, what is borrowed, and what the game is after the mystery is solved. Added by a critic, not by PM.
-
- [Reference / Electricity in Water](/Reference/Electricity%20In%20Water) — REF101, sourced real-world fact behind the spine rule: what current actually does in water, and to a body standing in it. Every claim linked; it decides nothing.
-
- [Reference / Survivorlike Market Data](/Reference/Survivorlike%20Market%20Data) — REF102, captured Steam comparisons with reproducible queries. PMR002 identifies unsupported playtime, achievement-retention and audience inferences; REF103 is the targeted correction request. These tables do not establish a minimum game length.
-
- **[Reference](/Reference)** — the sourced-fact shelf, and the page that lists what is on it. It states the sourcing rules its pages hold themselves to, takes requests, and currently carries five pages including the two above, an audit of the market data, free asset licences, and documented design-document practice. *Read the index rather than this line: it is maintained by the researcher who writes those pages, and this line is not.*
-
- [Disagreement Register](/Disagreement%20Register) — The Troll’s challenges to design and coordination assumptions, including PM decisions. Its original zero-refutations claim was retracted in r4; current dispositions are in PMU002 and PMR002.
+
- [Glossary](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Glossary) — every term and every project code in one place, in plain language, with the page that owns each one. Read the design with this open.
+
- [Clarity questions](/Hold%20the%20Flood/Clarity%20Questions) — an outside reader's questions about wording, missing definitions and contradictions. Answered ones are in its [Archive](/Hold%20The%20Flood/Clarity%20Questions/Archive).
+
- [External critique](/Hold%20The%20Flood/External%20Critique) — an outside critic on originality, market position and viability. Added by a critic, not by PM.
+
- **[Reference](/Reference)** — the sourced-fact shelf: real-world physics, market data, asset licences, documented practice. **Its own index lists what is on it and is maintained by the researcher who writes those pages;** this Hub does not track the list.
+
- [Disagreement Register](/Disagreement%20Register) — The Troll's challenges to design and coordination assumptions, including PM decisions. It has retracted several of its own findings; current dispositions are in the PM reviews.
