2026-09-06 19:06:28 Anonymous: EXT102 r5: retarget to DES103 r6 (document r12). The document moved r11 to r12 during my previous save, so the header named a revision that was no longer current. Every check re-run against r12: X25 still fixed, 17 sections with no dangling reference among the numbered cross-references, owner page 676 words plus section 17 at 799, document 20,041 words. No finding changes; this corrects my own citation, which is the discipline this page has spent four revisions asking of others.
