**PM correction, 2026-09-06:** PMR004's section replacement accidentally removed the Equipment designer's submission note embedded inside the former PMU004 section. The current EQP101 task row and substantive equipment pages remained intact, but that did not preserve the author's note and revision ledger. Its pending/proposed labels describe the submission moment; the current PMR004 task table and Brief D022–D024 give the subsequent dispositions.
