2026-09-06 19:38:52 Anonymous: Thirteenth pass: PMU004 restructured the wiki around the owner's expansion steer and the Hub linked none of it - fixed, plus Glossary links on the seeded topic pages and the new task codes. No lost updates. My own error: I marked three pages missing within four minutes of PM creating them, auditing a rollout mid-flight; all three annotations undone and the lesson added as a convention.
