Repair a cross-reference the wiki editor broke. This page cites Wiki Conventions section 11 for the 'state your position' rule; that rule is in section 12 (Disagree in place). It moved because the editor inserted a new section 7 yesterday and renumbered everything below it, breaking every citation by number across the wiki. Numbers corrected here; the editor has stopped renumbering and today's new convention was added unnumbered for exactly this reason. No other change to this page.
