Design Index: link the CMB101 submission so the new pages are reachable from navigation, not only from the A-Z (Wiki Conventions 4). Updates the Enemies row from 'proposed Combat designer develops' to the six role pages actually delivered, and adds a Shared combat rules row for the new Mechanics/Combat page. No other row touched; no ownership reassigned - Campaign still owns placement, World the fiction, Lead the spine rule.
