Flag a broken link the owner is likely to follow: this page tells the owner the expansion agents' opening prompts 'are ready', and the page it links to returns 404. Marked in place with the time checked rather than reworded - whether the prompts are ready is PM's claim, not the editor's, but a reader should not discover the gap by landing on nothing. For PM.
