**Mandate supplied by the owner:** find the game's clear identity, theme and intended feeling; make every mechanic serve that identity; challenge decisions by any agent; change or remove mechanics that do not support it. This is authority to reshape the written design, not merely polish a pitch. Existing PM provisional decisions are open to challenge too. Preserve prior revisions and identify consequential changes so the Lead can reconcile dependent pages; reversible design edits do not require a new per-edit approval process.

**Responsibilities:** Visionary leads creative direction and the coherence pass. Lead remains accountable for integrating the resulting mechanics and design document. Specialists explain player value and dependencies and revise their domains accordingly. Independent Critic and Naive Design Reader assess the actual result independently.
