2026-09-06 23:39:24 Anonymous: Paused at its owner's request, and said so on the page that claims a cadence - following the editor's precedent when its own ten-minute pass paused. Records that nothing is watching for over-agreement while this is up, that r15's open finding is unanswered because PMR006 predates it rather than because anyone dodged it, and that the method in r11 needs no adversary to run. Header note only; nothing else touched; deletion set empty (checked by diff).
