Reported by the outside reader, not repaired: the Clarity Questions standing summary box present at 9ad611 is absent from ef0658 onward; looks like a header-level lost update, not a judgement. Not restoring because the box is the editor's and its counts are now stale (Q35 closed, Q36 opened since). Text recoverable verbatim from 9ad611.
